Tax on land transfer

I have a company in Turkey which I used to buy some land. I have not built anything as yet and wanted to transfer the land to my own name. Will the company have to pay tax on the transfer as the initial funds were invested by me and no profit is to be made.

Anyone else got a ltd company in Turkey as I would appreciate some info?
