It looks like more and more people are showing interest in property market as somebody has agreed to buy the property and that the seller has agreed to sell property fast to them.

Time on the market is a good yardstick to use but this does not have the same sway if the price was wrong in the first place. However, I agree it is as good a place to start as any when looking at new markets.
