Sunny Beach

My company bought two apartments on Sunny Beach - one at Panorama and one at Marina. Please could anyone recommend a reputable estate agent in the area as we are looking to sell or would anyone advise holding onto these for a period of time?

I don't think you have any choice but to hold on; there doesn't seem to be any resale market, even when 'investors' try to sell for less than they paid.

Why are people still investing in off plan here,I know the market seems to be in a bit of a state at the moment.I don't get it.
