Sun Towers - Natal

I have just completed on the 1st phase of this development, and I am being offered a guaranteed 5% rental yield for 5 years.
I am thinking go for it, at the moment, as they are building another two Towers on the complex, which does not complete until August 2009.
Any thoughts from those in the know, is the guarantee a decent return ?

That's interesting.

Sun Towers is located in Novo Panamirim and is a large complex for the local folk who wish to live outside of Natal . It will be hard to rent out on a long-term basis ,so it might be an idea to put it in the "guaranteed rental yield'at least you might get an ok return.
