Hi there,
I am based in London and I want to start a holiday rental business where I sublet and rent apartments to tourists. It seems that when I go through agents to get apartments they do not allow subletting in the contract. I have tried contacting private landlords and they say that I need some sort of licence to do this. Does anyone here have experience in subletting/renting holiday apartments and can you please guide me in the right direction to get my business started?
