Hi,

Please could someone advise, on what sort of rents tenents are paying for studio's in the spain cluster 1 cheque.

The reason I ask is that my current tenant wants to renew the lease for another year but is only wishing to pay AED 19,000 and also agent fees paid by us.

Just seems very low.

19k in cheque is Ok. Prices are going down on daily basis.
