Strategies for building your list of Property Investors

May I ask a short question. For those who are property investments consultants, what strategies do you use to build your list of clientele? do you run property events, webinars? would be great to hear your experience around this as i know no two ways are the same. Look forward to your comments.

Just my personal opinion. Currently, there are numerous methods for increasing your customer base. Constant Contact or MailChimp are two email marketing tools that could be used, in my opinion. Furthermore, email outreach programmes like Constant Contact, MailChimp, or Blue Hornet collect contact information from their website and immediately use it in their outreach campaigns.
