Hi there,
I bought a commercial unit in December 2013. Today ( 19 July 2014) I went on Land Registry website today to get the Title Deed and to my shock, the property is still registered to the previous owner name.
To quote exactly from the title Deed "This is a copy of the register of the title number set out immediately below, showing the entries in the register on 13 JUN 2014 at 10:46:30"
The property was financed though Lloyds Bank. Full money was paid in December 2013.
