Will be able to provide a step by step guide on what to do next. Im hoping not only will this help me, but also others as all information will be kept in one thread.
I appreciate that you have used various lawyers, agents, developers and would rather keep this to a basic guide rather then whom to use as those questions and answers can be dealt with via PM.
Ive just reserved at Hania. Along with a few others who are, like me, very green at this investing malarky and basic guidance will be a great help.
