If there is one word that best captures Singapore, it is “unique”. A dynamic city rich in contrast and color, you'll find a harmonious blend of culture, cuisine, arts and architecture here. Brimming with unbridled energy, this little dynamo in Southeast Asia embodies the finest of both East and West.

The Formula 1TM 2008 World Championship race series rolls into town on 28 September 2008! The 2008 FORMULA 1TM SingTel Singapore Grand Prix is not just F1's first street race in Asia, but is also the first-ever night event in F1 history. Held on public roads around the Marina Bay precinct, the 2008 FORMULA 1TM SingTel Singapore Grand Prix is expected to draw over 80,000 spectators.

Don’t hesitate!!! Good time to invest in Singapore, a city living country, fantastic foods, great people, and lot’s of expats coming in. Investors don’t wait, rental in Singapore is awesome.

It is now best to invest residential properties in Singapore because the prices are now steadily recovering from their plunge after the height of its career in the year 2000. Getting into the market right now is the best decision one would make because the residential and commercial properties in Singapore are starting to appreciate in value which is best for a mid to long term investment.

There should be other cost like agent fee, tax, and management fee , or renovation cost…

So the return should be lower. Besides, the past 46 years is a time singapore developed from a fish man village into an economical centre, it went through the high growing time, and turned into a developed country / city. Look forward, if the goverment do not intend to pour in more foreigners, what is the motor to push the property gos up like the past?

The main Idea of all investments =SPLIT your risks!
Singapore in very expensive country on that amount you can invest in 2-3 country's and get back your money for sure! Only one thing is important you have to be sure about company your are dealing with, they have to know all points!

Having visited Singapore many times I agree there is a high standard of living to be enjoyed there. I read today that it is the best place to invest in property in Asia, due to its increasingly strong economy aswell.
