Simple international buying

Hi all,

I am an Australian looking to buy a flat in London. I have heard that as an Australian I am not able.
I have a Spanish wife, but I am not a Spanish (EU) citizen (yet!).

Can anyone clear this up?

Your nationality has nothing to do with buying a flat or anything else !. You might struggle to get a mortgage but that's a different matter. If you have funds, no problem.
