Hi,
I was initially looking to purchase a buy to let outside London
But spoke to some estate agents who pointed me towards developers/ currently being constructed
Sorry I've never done this before and couldn't find much on google- is this much more risky than buying an existing property ie developer goes bust and I stand to lose my investment etc
The price at this early stage is what attracts me.
