Should governments have a minister for property/real estate?

When you bear in mind that the vast majority of personal wealth is tied up in property/real estate should governments around the world look to install a minister for property?

Some would argue that economic decisions by the government of the day heavily impact the property market but with so much money tied up in real estate is it time to have a specific minister for property?

I feel that property is such a major part of many peoples lives but often overlooked by governments - until it suits them, e.g. when they need your vote!

Good idea but property minister is not required because until now the problems are not issued which we have to take it to the government for solutions. And also agents will be there to solve the issues if any raised...
