Personally I don’t think the Chinese market will ever change as the authorities will never give up control. Has this socialist/capitalist experiment gone wrong?

I have never even looked at the Chinese property market because of the overbearing authorities who dictate everything that happens in the country. Why would you choose this market when there are for better opportunities elsewhere?
