    Sydney’s June growth was excellent after a moderating trend until early-2016. We thought last year was the last hooray, but there has been growth again.

    In theory shared ownership is a great idea for those looking to climb onto the property ladder for the first time. However, for those first-time buyers further down the line it could push prices even further away from their affordability factor.
