Shanghai Property Market

Hi i have got a place in pudong Shanghai but find it very hard to find out whats happening on the ground in terms of prices. I would say things are being hit pretty harsh now as they are globally? Anyone with insight into this market...

I've heard the same. We also have a place in Pudong and are looking to sell up this year with a view to moving from CHina after 6 years here - but the market seems to be very slow...
