Selling in International City - Advice welcome

Dear All

Having been invested in UAE for a while, this will be our first sale as we begin to withdraw our investment.
Would be grateful of some guidance on the :
selling process?
Do's and Dont's?
agents to approach?

The property is in International City, a 1 bed apartment with balcony, currently rented out till June 2018.
Any advice would be helpful on the complexities and sharks of the Dubai real estate market.

Including what impact a sitting tenant has on a potemtial sale / buyer?
How is the tenancy contract dealt with?

I wont be appointing a lawyer/conveyancer, but rather will be in UAE at the time, doing the deal myself.
