Yes, I personally know some people who bought a home without even seeing the house in person yet. I believe that these kinds of purchases have become more common now ever since the pandemic struck. With everyone being asked to stay at home and limit contact with others, builders and developers like Ballymore Homes adapted to the situation and provided potential home buyers the option to take a virtual tour of the houses that these buyers are interested in through their websites. I know that seeing the house in person before buying is still the best way to do this but I gotta give credit to these builders and developers to the most out of today's modern technology.
