I am currently trying to sell a 1 Bedroom Apartment in I.C. I havent got the title deeds YET. I know prices have gone down slighty in the last few months but have only been offered 600k net to me. I thought I would get 650/675k without any problems.

What are the details of the apartment? Sq foot? Area in IC? Etc
