There is a growing opinion that post Brexit the UK property market could actually boom. In the meantime, amid concern and confusion, selective investment in UK property could prove to be extremely well timed. Look for those who are panicking and desperate to sell due in the main to negative media headlines which are impacting sentiment.

Surely you should always be selective about your property investments as opposed to following the crowd just for the sake of it? Investors who follow trends like lemmings will at some stage get caught out.

You should always be selective in the type of property you buy and how much you pay. However I totally agree there are a lot of long-term investment opportunities in the UK at the moment in light of recent confusion and concern about a post-Brexit UK. Keep your eye on the long-term potential which in many ways remains unchanged.
