When I read most of the posts here, they are all about to complain from listed money in Dubai.
If there any happy people who bought property and now living in Dubai? I used to search to buy villa in Dubai and move with my family there,
But after too much complains, not sure if I do that !
Dubai is my favorite place! But they still asking for visa for the Bulgarians, which is not good for me too...

Hi,

it seems these forums are only used for complaining. There is no discussion whatsoever about the possibilities and advantages of investing in Dubai.


I personally believe that it should be possible when investing in already finished real estate. All of the complaining is about off-plan buys.
