Satellite TV, help!

Hello. Having probs with my Fox Series channel on the satellite. Changed transmitting from english speaking to arabic on March 1st. It says on the screen you change back to english by using the audio button on your r/c and selecting english, but I can't get i to change. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?? Thanks!

this problem is solved now and they are back to normal frequency

Thanks, I was worried I was getting it all wrong! Will try it out on my next visit
