Hi,
I have a flat in Canal Residence West (SC). Am looking to sell it and buy something in BERLIN Business Tower/QUEUE Point or Villa heights.
Can you please advice me if its good to do this.
Payment plan for all three properties is 30% now and 70% on completion, while I have Canal residence on finance from Tamweel.
I dont think I will have 70% of cash with me on completion and I will need to sell it off before that and make some money.
