I am realtor . I felt market is slowing down . Buying signal is weak. Even residential . Commercial is stunt too . I think coming days residential on rent out still the main trend to go . Buying signal on residential budget ranking below 1 million . Most demand is condo and link house . A lots of semi D or bungalow on market ....
