Please Help me

Assalamu Alaikkum.

I've booked a studio flat at 08/11/2014 in AL SHAIBA COMPLEX (DSO)- Flat number *** and I have Paid 9500Dhm for booking. When I booking Agent(RERA# ****) His person name **** and he said and agreed to give Ejari for me. But now they said they won't give ejari because Landlord has problem with Land Department Dubai. And finally i went to check Ejari department with that room DEWA number they said and gave proof that building's Ejari state is blocked. So i need to get my money back because i don't want that building without Ejari. my main purpose to get studio flat to take my wife and baby here. So How can i get my money back before sign tenancy contract. Please Advice me.

Have you been exposed to big discrepancies of areas of what you purchased vs what you received ?

Have you complaint with RERA?

I would like to hear your case.
