Imagine renting out a unit to a respected Malaysian ex. national tennis player who is a datin .... {moderated: please do not mention individual names}. after paying rent for a month, she has absconded without paying utilities and rental. the place is full of her belongings and she cannot be contacted and refuses to replie. anybody face similar problems and has advise appreciate.
