Rent to rent - who's tried it?

Keen to hear people's experiences of rent to rent? I've done a few and not finding the margins that worthwhile and favouring JV's and bridge finance now to get into deals in the UK as there is more margin and yield...

What are other people experiences?

Hi Jane,

For me the maintenance and occasional voids kill the profit on most deals below 7bed hmo's... I'm sure some deals stack up but in my experience you'd need a very large property to build in enough buffer...

Please can you elaborate on your experience?
