Do you mean rent-to-rent? I haven't done it myself. Technically, it is possible to earn money with this strategy even if you don't have the means to own a property for letting out. However, I've heard many concerns that this is ethically questionable, since making money this way often involves overcrowding the property with tenants and/or increasing rent prices for them even further.
