What do you think of this topic? Virtual staging is very important and shouldn’t be taken for granted. What home searchers see first are the virtually staged rooms, and based on what they see and how they like it, they made the decision to explore the option further... there's a lot to discuss about this, and I found a good resource:

For the inexperienced buyers and renters, staging is a useful tool to paint a full picture of a property. As there's an increase in virtual viewings during the pandemic as well as estate agents adapting to work this way, virtual staging if done well (in three-dimensions) can perhaps replace that first walkaround by the estate agent.
