I'm very concerned about the US situation over the medium to longer term. Their money supply has grown 300% in less than ten years and when all that money hits the streets we could very well see rampant inflation with higher interest rates to attract bond buyers.

Recently there have been signs the housing sector is improving, and many economists think home building will add to economic growth this year for the first time since 2005.

Analysts think house prices in the United States, as measured by the S&P/Case Shiller composite index of 20 metropolitan areas, will rise just 1 percent this year, according to the median forecast in the Reuters poll.

The poll forecast house prices would rise 2.5 percent next year, up from a projection of 1.8 percent in the July poll.

But 21 of 34 economists polled by Reuters think Fed purchases of MBS would not give a substantial boost to the housing market.

But a mountain of debt accumulated during the country's recent housing bubble, coupled with a deep slide in home prices, has hamstrung the housing market.

"Without a substantial improvement in the labor market the housing market will continue to struggle," said Sean Snaith, an economist at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

Just start practicing flipping houses and BRRRR. Or even the sandwich and duplex rental hacks will give you a practical way to do real estate investing. You could be landlord or a home buyer somewhere. Then start digital marketing to get your business in the flow of tech.
