Hi

I had invested in a project situated in Dubai and now the project has been cancelled. What can I do now?
Can someone help me with the same and suggest any good lawyers dealing with such matters in the UAE?

I saw a mention of the UAE. I have dealt with businessmen from Dubai, but I am looking for a lawyer in the UK. I would like to get local advice before contacting Arab lawyers. Can anyone help me, please?

Hmm, I have no idea how you see solving a problem of such an intercontinental nature. I'm not a specialist in UAE law, but I understand something in British lawyers. Take a look here https://waymanandlong.co.uk/. I haven't heard anything about how they resolve disputes with other countries, but if you want advice, you will definitely get it. You might be lucky and they will even find a lawyer directly from the UAE, who knows :)

I'm sorry for what happened. I know these are common situations, especially if the projects are online ones. You can try to contact ucmjdefense.com. Not completely sure if they can solve the problem. But, at least will give you pieces of advice. They have a nice option on their platform. You can get in contact with one of their lawyers online at any time, wherever you are. In this way, your problem will be solved faster. With a good lawyer and a little bit of luck, you can win everything you lost back!

I don't know if this information can help. A friend of mine from a local company was working in the UAE and was injured there.

I don't have any experience with lawyers and projects outside the country. However, I am sure if you get in contact with https://www.hg.org/legal-articles/6-top-defense-strategies-for-a-finra-enforcement-action-61999, they can suggest you something, or maybe they do work with international projects as well. However, looking at their website and paying attention to their list of articles won't steal a lot of time, but you can find some precious information that I'm sure will help you, so it's worth trying.

I don't know if this information can help. A friend of mine from a local company was working in the UAE and was injured there. Our insurers, as usual, started their red tape. Fortunately, my acquaintance was advised to contact specialists through the website https://www.oxnerpermarlaw.com because the insurance company rejected his request for a second opinion from the medical service provider. There was a proceeding. Maybe among these lawyers, you can find a specialist capable of resolving the case in the UAE. Although maybe their specifics are different.

I'm sure you can find lawyers in the US to help you recover your investment. The most important thing is that the developer has no written proof that you are taking the risks of bankruptcy on yourself.

Hi! I am not a lawyer with much experience, but I read different cases every day and learn more about this field. I recently read about clinical laboratory investigation cases on https://www.natlawreview.com/article/3-defense-strategies-4-faqs-about-clinical-laboratory-investigation-cases and this helped me gain experience and be a good lawyer. From what I know, you assumed the responsibility of investing in a project. So that was your risk. Not all investments are successful, so I don't know if you will get the money back. You could try to get your money back with the help of a very good lawyer, but the chances are not guaranteed.

As we know, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, one of the most common legal issues is related to real estate.

How much are the services of such a lawyer more expensive than the services of an ordinary lawyer?
