Hi Guys,

I have been offered an opportunity to buy a plot of land ( incl title deed) which is currently under development in Nova Scotia called Forest Lakes country club. The returns are not ridiculously high like some other projects and it is located in a country which has a solid investment history. Has anyone invested in this neck of the woods??

Nova Scotia is a mixture between Europe and USA

The plots are large in comparison to Europe's.

As an investor you have the choice to build or sell the plot in due course.
