hi. Need some advice. Need to buy some ready properties to qualify for a visa. Anyone knows of the rules how many people can you get per property. What would you suggest to buy (development names,prices) with minimal investment, decent rental and good capital appreciation or is there another way of getting a residence visa. The propertie purchase will only be for the visa and the unit will be rented out. Just makes life easier operating in dubai(cheque book) and the hassle of applying for a visa.
