Thr RBA didn't raise rates in July and here are some links on the reasons why:

Certainly where we are (regional Limestone Coast) smaller businesses are struggling and I'm glad that the rates didn't go up so hopefully the banks won't put their rates up either.
Do you think the banks will still raise their rates?
