Has anybody out there any knowledge or information on this resort or on the general area. Is it a good investment either in the short or long term. Is it a good rental area for tourists. What are the prospects of a re sale of property in this area in the future.

We know the area very well as we own a place in Pipa so spend a lot of our time there. There are always a large number of tourists visiting every year to Tibau do Sul and Pipa and the area also benefits from having two seasons, one for the Brazilians and the other for Europeans so rental returns can be very good.
Regarding Quinta da Lagoa Resort, I know the owners and the managers of the resort and it is run very well, but there are some licensing issues with the resort which hopefully will be sorted out very soon.
Resales of
quality property is going well so you need to choose wisely what to buy for both investment and rental potential.
