Property sourcing

Hello

I am looking to buy my first BTL property

Has anyone used (and can recommend) a sourcing agent to help them find the right property

Not only do I want expert advice to help me choose my first property, I am currently abroad and will be for the next 2-3 years so it is not feasible for me to visit properties etc
