hello, do you know a trick for easily getting the PR visa once property is purchased? would it be sufficient to form a shell company and then obtain the visa? please share your experience and/or thoughts thanks
Oli-Yes this would qualify. There is a company based in the Fortaleza area who market properties at this price point and above who have a division that specialise in the visa application process. They commenced operations with legal services then expanded their activities into real estate to combine marketing properties with visa procurement on behalf of their purchasing clientele.
thanks wolfgang but i am just with a local lawyer at this very moment who says it is totally impossible because it is me and not a company that has bought the property would you have the details of the company you mention, though? cheers!
OLi-As i say ,this is a specialist company adopting a (perfectly legal) procedure with proven results apparently.Asking a general lawyer for advice in this context is akin to inviting a bookeeper to establish an off shore structure to mitigate your international tax liability. As i have not used this company personally i am unable to recommend them;i am merely aware of their existance as a corporate entity who provide the solution.I intend to pay them a visit on my travels and will pm you with their details if having met them they are credible.
