Property Purchase in Joint Names

Hello

Could someone point me to some links that can explain a couple of queries I have with regard to purchasing property.

1. What are the implications or purchasing a property in joint names with my wife? Is it worthwhile? Pro and cons etc.

2. Is it an advantage to use a UK Ltd Co. for all property purchases due to the tax advantage. Had mixed replies to this as capital gains also has to be considered.

Any guidance or links on these matters would be appreciated.

I think it will depend on where you buy property and the laws within the respective country.

Where are you thinking of buying or investing?
