hey bradking i will advice not buy a property directly at las vegas instead you should approach a real estate agent in las vegas for renting and leave all other formalities on him/her.

I would invest in Vegas. You can get a condo on the Strip and rent it out to tourists, or find something in the Paradise Valley area of Vegas.
