Anyone with property in Romania should know that the average cost of management is half the 1st months rent as a finders fee and an additional 10% per month thereafter, this fee is paid retrospectively as if a tenant leaves you will have paid for a serice not provided. Anyone asking more than this or an alledged life time after sales service is better avoided.

Additionally however the 10% can also normally be negotiated which is even better for you the investor.
