Property Investment in Ickenham

Hi all,

I was looking for property investment opportunities and was wondering if I could have your opinion?

The new build is called Harefield Place and it's based in Ickenham.

The property is available to buy off plan and the location is very close to London.

What do you guys think?

Is this the scheme:-

"Willcox and Meilwes has won planning and listed building planning consent for the change of use and extension of the Grade II listed Harefield Place to provide 25 luxury apartments following a meeting of the Hillingdon Planning Committee who voted unanimously in favour of the scheme."

Looks very ambitious and seems to be part of a regeneration of the area

Yes, I believe that it's under Manorgrove Homes now,

I have a good feeling about this one.

What attracted you to the development? I am interested as the market is very quiet and a little depressed at the moment.
