When auctioning a property. Does it include all inside? Like this house we bought. We found some good expensive furniture like Eames Chair UK Stock and the owner said it is nor part of the auction. How does that work?

It's possible, that the owner just equipped the house with furniture in order to attract buyers. Normally in that case it's not high quality furniture, because it should just help to visualize how the house could look like. Did you already sign a contract? This information should be mentioned in the terms when you buy it. And when did the owner inform you that the furniture is not for sale?

Clarify everything with the auction house before you start bidding. Everything should be set-out in the sale literature.

Unless a property is advertised as fully furnished it is best to assume that the furnishings are not included in the sale. You can sometimes negotiate to buy it separately.

Is there an argument that rental properties with furnishings are more attractive to potential tenants and could attract a significantly higher rate of rent?
