Probably people are now thinking that the best way for the market to start improving again is to start in becoming positive on themselves. Most of us are really pessimistic these days - and probably that's among the reasons why the market is continuously going down. But - they might thought that if people get to think optimistically - then people would not become doubtful on property investments or retirement investments etc.

Yea, I see a lot of people being overly optimistic these days about how things are going.
