Prices still rising in UK despite more stock coming up for sale, survey shows

More properties are coming onto the market in the UK but this is having little effect on rising*prices, it is claimed.

For the sixth consecutive month, more chartered surveyors are reporting that the number of new*instructions is increasing rather than falling and for the fourth month in a row prices are*rising, according to the latest UK Housing Market survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered*Surveyors.
