There was a report this week pointing to the fact that the average UK property is now taking 26 more days to sell than in recent times. Much has been made of this figure but could the answer be relatively simple?
Many businesses are still working on skeleton staff, procedures and processes are taking a little bit longer, is this the reason why property sales are taking longer to complete. Surely that makes sense?
