Can anyone tell me how much a 1 bed property would cost at the moment on a complex suxh as Regina Gardens off Tombs of the Kings Road?

susie, a simple search should give you an indication of asking prices. However, it is very much a buyer's market in Cyprus (as everywhere). There are thousands of unsold new & resale properties around. Virtually all new developmants are on hold; tourist figures are way down this season. If you were thinking of buying as an 'investment' think again; rental returns are negligible. Only buy if you are doing so for personal use & negotiate hard. Best advice in this kind of economic scenario, if you are not embarrassed by your ofer, it's too high.
