Price of old istanbul apartment to renovate?

Trying to gauge prices here. How do old, in-need-of-renovation apartments compare price wise in Istanbul to other up-and-coming European cities in the region (I'm thinking Bucharest, Prague, Budapest etc...). Thinking about something central - Taksim, Sultanhamet etc
