Post removal

I am very disheartened that a very useful post was removed.There are several factual posts similar to mine that have remained . We need to be able to share our experiences to let others know about what sometimes goes on and not always for the best!! What was the real reason for removing it ?

While we appreciate all useful and informative content from members, my colleague quite rightly noted your removed post as potentially defamatory / libellous. The simple fact is that under forum rules we cannot allow potentially defamatory / libellous content to remain as this can cause legal issues further down the line.

We hope that you remain with the forum as you obviously have a great knowledge of real estate markets but all future posts must abide by forum rules. If you have any questions or queries please feel free to PM me.
