The general consensus seems to be that changes to properly regulations are positive going forward, incentives for overseas investors to buy Cypriot property have been well received but, as we have seen in many other countries, there is significant unwanted housing stock held by the banks. Until this stock is cleared it is difficult to see any major uplift in property prices?
