Hi,

Has anyone had experience in taking a portfolio mortgage on and do you have to have your properties in a Ltd company for this?

Thanks in advance.

It is not necessary to have your properties in an Ltd company to create a mortgage portfolio. But the situation becomes more complicated when you have outstanding loans or pledged real estate. I always call for specialists when it comes to mortgages. You can consult with mortgage broker Cardiff to determine how to elaborate the portfolio correctly, what steps to follow, and the imposed conditions. Don't forget to take into account your annual income when you want to take out a mortgage.

From my experience, I can say that there is no need to have your real estate in an LLC to have a mortgage portfolio. However, its presence is generally unfavorable if you expect to take out a loan or other mortgage shortly. I advise you to contact Mortgage Broker Leeds to get detailed advice and decide what should be done in such a situation. The main thing is to manage your finances correctly and not make hasty decisions. If you have any more questions, you can write to me in private messages. I will be glad to help. Good luck!
